FirstSignal is a structured cognitive training program that helps students strengthen attention, reasoning, discernment, and intellectual independence in an age where AI can generate answers before the student has learned to think.

Across 12 live sessions, students learn to think more clearly, regulate their internal state under pressure, and become more aware of when AI is helping them think further, and when it is quietly replacing thinking they should still be doing themselves.

The goal is not fear, restriction, or rejection of technology. The goal is to help students become strong enough to use powerful tools without becoming dependent on them.
